2. Personal data we process
When you contact us by email or through LinkedIn, we process the personal data you choose to share with us, typically your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
When you visit this website, our hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL and timestamps. This data is processed for the legitimate purpose of operating and securing the website.

Responding to enquiries and providing our services — legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in business communication).
Operating, securing and improving the website — legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Compliance with legal obligations, including bookkeeping under the Danish Bookkeeping Act — legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Recipients and data processors
We share personal data only when necessary, for example with our hosting provider, email provider and accounting service. These act as data processors on our behalf under written data processing agreements.
Some data processors may be located outside the EU/EEA. In such cases transfers are based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid transfer mechanism under Chapter V of the GDPR.
5. Storage period
We keep enquiry-related personal data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and typically delete it no later than 3 years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. 5 years for accounting records under the Danish Bookkeeping Act).
